Potential lending pathways may be available through our lending affiliate or partners, subject to underwriting, collateral review, local legal considerations, and lender terms. Not all properties qualify.
Some clients choose to leverage their acquisitions rather than commit the full acquisition amount upfront. Where available, financing may provide flexibility in structuring an acquisition while preserving liquidity for other purposes.
We facilitate introductions and coordinate documentation — we do not originate, underwrite, or guarantee any loan. Terms, rates, and eligibility are determined entirely by the lender.
Clients acquiring multiple properties may have different lending dynamics than a single-unit purchaser. Portfolio-level collateral assessment, phased draw structures, or cross-collateralization may be available — but depend entirely on lender appetite and borrower qualification.
During engagement structuring, we discuss your financing interest and assess whether target properties may be eligible through known lending pathways.
If a pathway exists, we introduce you to the lending affiliate or partner. You engage directly with the lender for application and underwriting.
The lender requests financial documentation, conducts collateral review, and applies their criteria. We coordinate property-level information they may need.
If approved, we align the loan disbursement with the property transfer. Mortgage registration at the Kadaster follows.
Lending terms vary by lender, property, and borrower profile. Documentation typically includes personal financial statements, proof of funds, recent tax returns, and property-specific appraisal. Specific parameters — including eligible loan-to-value ranges and rate structures — are discussed during the engagement structuring phase and are not published publicly.
Financing is not guaranteed for any property or client. All terms and eligibility criteria are determined solely by the lender. We strongly recommend engaging independent legal and financial advisors before entering any financing arrangement.
