Entity Information
Leeward Acquisitions is operated by a Delaware limited liability company. On-island operations in Sint Maarten are executed through a locally registered Dutch-side entity (besloten vennootschap). The Delaware entity is the contracting party for all client engagements.
Leeward Acquisitions is not a licensed broker-dealer, investment advisor, securities issuer, or financial institution under US federal or state law, or under the laws of Sint Maarten. We provide property acquisition coordination and property management services under defined client engagements.
Nature of Services
Leeward Acquisitions provides property acquisition coordination and property management services. We are not a registered broker-dealer, investment advisor, securities issuer, or financial institution under US federal or state law, or under the laws of Sint Maarten. We do not offer, sell, or distribute securities. We do not pool client capital. We do not provide investment advice.
Each client engagement is a bilateral service agreement. Clients acquire and hold property directly in their own name or through their own legal entities. Leeward Acquisitions does not take title, hold assets on behalf of clients, or serve as an intermediary owner at any point.
Referral arrangements with real estate professionals are structured as consulting or advisory fees — not transaction-based commissions.
